The gala is all about beauty

airport limo MelbourneI just got the best job whilst living here in Melbourne. I’m the newest curator of one of the biggest art galleries in the city, my dream job and it’s finally mine. We are having an exhibit of the single greatest collection of renaissance art that I’ve ever seen in my life. I definitely need to look the part, I don’t want anyone thinking that I don’t belong. I need to blend in with the art folk, while still finding a way to stand out and show my individuality. I’m not in the habit of turning heads but I can’t say that it wouldn’t make me smile. I want to look and feel my best, be at the top of my game. My sister is helping with a much needed makeover. My sister look about ten years younger than she is with the help of a regular anti wrinkle injection in Melbourne. I’m not sure if I’m at that point in life where I need anti aging treatments but when the time comes I’ll be first in line. One of my favorite things about myself is my full lips, if they start to flatten as I get older I’ll get lip fillers to give them back their shape. As it is I’m still thinking about getting some fillers injected to try and make me look less gaunt. I work crazy hours and don’t get home until late most evening and it has make me look a bit like a skeleton. I’m looking very hollow in the cheeks and under my eyes, I’m hoping this can be fixed with dermal fillers. Melbourne cosmetic professional know how to take years off a person’s age with a few small procedures. My sister is very keen to get me out of my comfort zone and into a challenging new headspace.
She’s going to be my date to the gala, since we’re both single. The opening night is going to be a huge gala with celebrities and sparkly dresses as far as the eye can see. I’ll be taking a stretch limousine to the event and I couldn’t be more excited. I love limousines, they’re so classy and stylish, they make you feel like you’re important. I can’t remember the last time I was in a limousine, Melbourne university end of year ball was probably the last limo I was in. That was such a long time, I’ve worked hard to get where I am. I’ve made a lot of sacrifices along the way but it all worked out for the best. Maybe now I’ll have time to start casual dating, or taking a microwave cookery class. My sister is flying in from Perth the day before so we have time to get me looking less like a bag of human garbage. I can’t pick her up so I’ve organised the airport transfers, Melbourne parking is insanely expensive. It’s gotten to the point where it’s cheaper to hire a car than to park at Melbourne airport. My sister will get a kick out of getting picked up by a chauffeured car, I’ll make sure they have a little name plate for her. I have so much to do before the event that sometimes I think I’m not cut out for this job. When things get too stressful I stop what I’m going and get a cup of tea and go into the back room of the gallery. I sip my tea while looking at the priceless works of art on display and it always calms me down.
